English Walnut
Typically English walnut is where we get the edible nuts from. It is also a very durable wood that can be used for anything from flooring in our homes to the gunstock on our most favorite rifle.
Claro or Black Walnut
These two wood types are different but extremely similar. They are both very beautiful and useful for anyone who loves to work with wood.
Myrtle
This light-colored wood makes a beautifully colored stock. However, many people still prefer the walnut. There isn’t much difference in quality though.
Maple
Maple wood is always beautiful and on a rifle that you treasure it can be a truly beautiful addition.
